how to run the BLDC Segment core motor stator coil winding machine
The BLDC Segment core motor stator coil winding machine is suitable for winding the stator of 3-phase concentrated winding motor. I. Application range: 1. Wire dia≤Φ2.0mm，copper wire or aluminum wire； Stack height≤100mm； Core size（according to drawing）； 2. Suitable for winding copper wire and aluminum wire motor. 3. Each machine with a set of tooling. 4. Two ways of single winding and double layer winding can be realized by changing fixtures, accessories and equipment debugging. II. Features: 1. Servo motor control, the winding arrangement is neat and orderly, and the winding is according to the drawing. 2. Double axis double station, the distance between the double station axis is 400mm. III. Pass rate: 1. Production in this process meets the requirements of drawings and standards； 2. The defect rate of the winding process such as wire breakage and poor insulation after winding is less than 0.1%； IV. Cycle time: 1. Stator O.D 84mm，I.D 42mm，stack height Max60,copper wire dia 1...
